Seascape Ma'alaea Restaurant

Extremely enjoyable lunch after visit to Maui aquarium next door. Attentive hostess, waitress, and food and view were top notch. A gentle breeze over a fantastic window seat of the harbor and Pacific with South Maui in background made it a delight for eyes and palate. Had the coconut shrimp appetizer with the Lua BBQ pork sandwich on pretzel bread.

Great place for the whole family. The fish tank is a great source of entertainment, along with the ocean front views. We all ordered the Thai chicken wraps and they were DELICIOUS!

Reasonable prices and good food. The portions make the price point affordable. Friendly staff. Nice view of the harbor. I recommend this place anytime you're in Ma'alea Harbor. BTW there's two entrances. One down the ramp near the shops, and one from inside the aquarium.

Ungodly horrible service. Unbelievably bad food. Nice view. I will never ever return.

Beautiful Harbor Scenery To Complement Meal

This was a last-minute stop, and we got some of the best fish in Maui. Amazing views, seated right away, great service. We had their special of the day, the Hanapa'a with Mahi Mahi instead. everyone enjoyed their meals and the views.

It might be convenient if you’re at the aquarium, but the food is mediocre and expensive. We had burgers and they were very overcooked. (Med rare burger shouldn’t be dry & dark brown in the middle!) They take advantage of having a lot of children customers - they charge $7 for dry mix lemonade. Save a buck AND get better food elsewhere.

Had fish and chips & husband had the burger. Both were very good. Lovely setting overlooking Maalaea Bay.

Service was great. It wasn’t crowded while we were there during lunch hours. My husband really loved their mango ribs. I had the caprese salad. The portions were large. It was a bit expensive but it’s Maui and everything is. They do offer a 15% military discount.

Excellent lunch specials. The food is great and the atmosphere is beautiful. Our service was exceptional.

I was at the Seascape two, in three days. My first time was Great. The second time on Saturday afternoon, Your Hostess was very,,very Rude to me. I told her I had a gluten allergy. She told me " Chill" . She didn't seem to care about people. A couple behind me, left after that heard that comment. I told the manager, he brushed it off. Not the way to handle people. .I an on vacation, Celebrating my Anniversary. I didn't like the way it was Handled

The Service is Friendly, The Views are great and it's open air. The food is Delicious. There's a wall sized aquarium inside the restaurant which is pretty cool. The prices are great! My favorite is the Sescape Seafood Salad. I've had it several times and it's always delightful. It's connected to the Maui Ocean Center so check it out next time you're there. Enjoy a cocktail with that Ocean View too.

This is really a gem of a restaurant. The seafood is spectacular.Try the Ahi Poke. It comes on a bed of Papaya and the Papaya is every bit as good as the poke! I had the catch of the day and it was sooooooo fresh OMG!

Nice place just a couple of blocks from our VRBO. The seafood boil we ordered was a special that day. It was delicious and came with a Caesar salad and garlic bread. We had gotten there for happy hour which features several local beers and a few other drinks at good prices. We then stayed for dinner. It was all delicious and the restaurant overlooks Maalaea Harbor. A local musician started playing on the Friday night we were there, singing Hawaiian songs. All in all, a great experience.

The food is lack luster at best... if you are going to the aquarium this makes for an easy place to get food. I wouldn't go out of my way to go there though. There are much much better options for food on the island. Our server was awesome though.

Very nice view of the harbor and ocean. Food was good. A bit pricey. Portions were on the small side for the price. It's an outside setting under a roof.

Amazing food. A little pricey, but the quality of food you get is worth it. Right next to the aquarium which is nice. Beautiful views of Maalaea Harbor.

Hostess and food server were darling and super personable. Loved my Thai lettuce wraps. Wings were also fabulous. Recommend this place. Great ambiance and perfect for both tourists and locals.

Beautiful restaurant, gorgeous views, but to be honest I had the fish tacos and the fish was not fresh, it had that few days old fishy smell and taste.

Mother and I shared Ahi tacos and brownie with mint chocolate chip ice cream. Both we're as amazing as the view from our table.

Great Hawiian experience. Excellent seafood, tropical breezes, overlooking the harbor and mountains. Award winning Hawaiin guitarist. My wife had the seafood cobb salad and I had the Mahi with shrimp and mushroom risotto. Delicious! Very reasonable wine prices by the bottle.

My wife and I had our best dinner on Maui here! We easily made reservations online and parked in the Maui Ocean Center parking lot for free. Romantic setting in a covered open view of the Maalaea Harbor. The food was amazing and the Pina Colada was excellent. Our Tropical Delight desert was to die for but we had to split it we were so full. Kaci our server was wonderful! Check hours for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend!

Great food, but even better views.

Beautiful setting. Good for a quick bite after waking around the ocean center. Ahi flat bread was outstanding. Coconut shrimp was quite good but the serving size was small (4 of us, only 3 shrimp). Garlic bread with beer cheese sauce and the truffle fries were both just meh..not bad but not necessarily good. Service was great as was the view.

Went with a party of 9. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. Great live music, and great service. However, I got the fish and chips at market price and can say that they were the lowest ranking of any place I have gone this week. Recommend going, for the experience and the food, just don't get the fish and chips. Also I got the Maui onion soup and it tasted amazing, highly recommend it.

Maybe it was because it was only 3 pm and middle of happy hour and only 2 people seemed to be working but took over 10 min to get someone to take my order for the adult beverage. Then another 5 min before they came back to the table to tell me they were out of the beverage I ordered. Definitely under staffed during happy hour.Didn't order food.

Great food, great service and great view. Right on the harbor, the view can't be beat. This was our first time at Seascape and we were happy with the experience. Be cautious of people who post "slow" and "poor" service. This is Maui! You're on vacation and there to relax and take in the moment.

Just the best views (and some of the most fantastic Ahi tuna) on Maui!

We used to love this place, we would go every other Sunday, good food, great views but then we were priced out overnight. Our favorite, the cob salad, went from $16 to $26 and we were caught off guard while taking a couple from off island who wanted to buy us lunch. They insisted we stay even after we told them how desperately the prices had gone up. I felt terrible. It’s not like they revamped the menus or changed the portion sizes, same food. Ruined the place for me.

Beautiful ocean view, really amazing food, this was paradise, we forgot all our troubles!! The price is in the medium range, I recommend choosing their specials of the day if you're traveling. The fish is really fresh and the sauces deserve a big thumbs up too!

This is an awesome place and doesn't get the props it deserves! Great food, reasonable prices and the best view. Oh...the happy hour is the best on the island. $2.50 for happy hour beer! Service is great! Seriously, the food at happy hour is more like high quality dinner (no scimpping)

Its Happy Hour was reasonably Priced & Open Versus the other Restaurant in the Complex.We were celebrating our 10 year Anniversary. Service was excellent.I only gave the place 4 stars as they were Not serving dinner and were only going to be open for an hour more.

Beautiful view! We tried the garlic bread, crab cakes and coconut prawn, all we exceptional!! “Bubbles”, our server was very attentive!

Great pulled pork sandwich. Ocean breezes, a Karina where boats come and go. Soft Hawaiian music.

Good food, reasonably priced. Had the chicken wraps and the Beyond Meat burger. Plain, straightforward, delicious. No frills. Proceeds go to the nonprofit that runs the aquarium.

Happy hour deals. $2.50 Beers and $5 Mai Tai.
